I’m Victoria Bartley, founder of GBC Pageant Services.
My connection to pageantry started long before coaching. GBC was shaped during a season when I had to slow down, pivot, and reconnect with what truly mattered. After stepping away from a dream career following back-to-back knee surgeries, I returned to the things that had always grounded me: creativity and growth. That season became the foundation for what GBC is today.
I have been involved in pageantry since the age of sixteen, and I’ve experienced this world as a competitor, creative, coach, and mentor. While I’ve had the honor of earning titles at both the state and international levels, the work that has always meant the most to me is helping others grow into themselves through the process.
Through GBC, I provide thoughtful, personalized coaching focused on interview preparation, presence, and intentional growth. My approach is centered on helping you feel centered, prepared, and confident through every phase of your pageant journey.
I can’t promise a win, but what I can promise is honest guidance, meaningful mentorship, and practical tools designed to support your growth before competition and build confidence that lasts beyond the stage.
