Policies & Terms of Service

1. SERVICES DISCLAIMER

GBC Pageant Services provides coaching, consulting, and creative services designed to support personal development, communication skills, and competition preparation.

While guidance and strategy are provided with intention and expertise, results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the client’s preparation, consistency, and performance, as well as external judging factors.

 

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

All services must be booked and paid in full through gbcpageantservices.com in order to secure your session or deliverable.

  • All bookings are first come, first served

  • Availability is limited and not guaranteed without confirmed payment

  • No service will be rendered without a completed booking

  • ​

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Clients may reschedule sessions up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited

  • Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled

  • Sponsor sessions, discounted services, or promotional offers are non-transferable and must be used within the designated timeframe

  • Expired sessions or codes will not be extended

  • ​

4. LATE POLICY

A 5-minute grace period is provided for all sessions.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication will be considered a no-show

  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session without refund

 

5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

GBC does not guarantee placements, titles, or specific competition outcomes.

All results are determined by judging panels and criteria outside of GBC’s control. Services are intended to support growth, preparation, and confidence.

6. CLIENT CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Clients are expected to engage in a respectful, professional, and cooperative manner.

GBC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a client:

  • Displays disrespectful, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior

  • Engages in harassment, defamation, or slander toward GBC or its representatives

  • Fails to honor agreed-upon expectations, boundaries, or policies

If services are terminated under these circumstances, they will be discontinued without refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided by GBC Pageant Services — including guides, strategies, written content, digital resources, and session materials — are the intellectual property of GBC.

These materials may not be copied, distributed, shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

 

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

GBC respects the privacy of all clients and will not disclose personal information or session details without consent.

Clients are expected to extend the same level of respect and confidentiality.

 

9. CLIENT RESULTS, MEDIA & BRAND ASSOCIATION

GBC Pageant Services takes pride in the growth and development of its clients. By engaging in services with GBC, clients acknowledge that their preparation, development, and coaching experience may contribute to future successes across competitions and systems. GBC reserves the right to reference, share, or highlight client achievements, titles, placements, or appearances for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and brand materials. This may include the use of a client’s name, title, likeness, and/or images, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Client successes may be associated with GBC Pageant Services for a period of up to one (1) calendar year from the date of the client’s initial service. GBC always represents clients with professionalism and respect. GBC aims to celebrate every client’s journey and is honored to be part of their growth along the way.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By engaging with GBC Pageant Services, clients acknowledge that GBC is not liable for:

  • Competition outcomes

  • Personal decisions made by the client

  • Results from the use or interpretation of provided advice

 

11. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients agree to contact GBC directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Use of this website and booking of services through GBC Pageant Services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Policies & Terms of Service.
