PROJECT TIMELINE & DEADLINES
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your first draft once all responses have been received.
• Orders are completed in the order they are received; turnaround begins once all required materials are submitted.
• Requests submitted with incomplete responses or within 10 days of your deadline may incur additional fees.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
• Clients must provide accurate and complete responses to the “Get to Know You” questions.
• Clients must provide all competition-specific requirements (time limits, format, wording restrictions, etc.).
• Final submission of your introduction is the responsibility of the client.
CLIENT RESPONSE TIME
• Timely feedback is required to maintain your project timeline.
• Delays in communication may impact delivery timing.
CONTENT & CREATIVE PROCESS
• This is a collaborative process; clients are encouraged to share feedback, preferences, and direction throughout.
• Follow-up questions may be asked to clarify or strengthen your introduction.
• Final structure and flow are guided by GBC’s professional discretion to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
WRITING & QUALITY
• All introductions are written and developed manually by GBC Pageant Services.
• AI-generated content is not used to create final introduction scripts.
• Content is crafted to reflect the client’s authentic voice and delivery style.
• Revisions are intended to refine and strengthen the introduction while maintaining its original direction.
FILE MANAGEMENT
• Files will be stored temporarily and may be deleted 30–60 days after the competition.
REFUND POLICY
• All sales are final.
• Once writing has begun and a first draft has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
USAGE
• Final introductions are created for client use and will not be shared publicly without permission.
