PROJECT TIMELINE
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your edited image once it has been received.
• Orders are completed in the order they are received.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
• Clients must submit a high-resolution image for editing.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring the image meets any competition-specific requirements.
• Final submission of the edited image is the responsibility of the client.
CLIENT RESPONSE TIME
• Timely feedback is required if revisions are requested.
• Delays in communication may impact delivery timing.
CONTENT USAGE & RIGHTS
• Submitted images are assumed to be approved for use.
• By submitting your image, you confirm you have permission to use the photo.
• GBC is not responsible for any copyright or usage issues related to submitted images.
EDITING & QUALITY
• This service includes detailed, hands-on editing of one image.
• Edits may include skin smoothing, color correction, lighting adjustments, background cleanup, and overall refinement.
• All edits are completed manually and are not batch processed or one-click automated edits.
• Edits are designed to enhance the image while maintaining a natural and competition-appropriate appearance.
• Additional requests or major changes beyond the original editing scope may require an additional fee.
CREATIVE PROCESS
• Editing decisions are made with professional discretion to ensure a clean, cohesive final result.
• Clients may provide preferences, but final adjustments are guided by GBC’s editing standards.
FILE MANAGEMENT
• Files will be stored temporarily and may be deleted 30–60 days after delivery.
REFUND POLICY
• All sales are final.
• Once editing has begun, no refunds will be issued.
USAGE
• Edited images will not include GBC branding unless otherwise requested.
• When sharing your image, please give editing credit to @gbcpageantservices on Instagram and Facebook.
• GBC may share completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
