Creative direction is guided by GBC to ensure a final result that is visually impactful and aligned with current pageant standards. You will receive initial design concepts, followed by the refinement of one selected direction.

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your first proof once all materials have been received.

• All materials must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your deadline.

• Orders are completed in the order they are received; turnaround begins once all required content has been submitted.

• Requests submitted within 10 days or with incomplete content may incur additional fees.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

• Clients must provide all competition-specific requirements (size, format, resolution, etc.).

• Final submission of your image is the responsibility of the client.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their image meets all competition requirements prior to submission.

CLIENT RESPONSE TIME

• Timely feedback is required to maintain your project timeline.

• All submitted content is assumed to be approved for use.

• By submitting materials, you confirm you have permission to use all photos provided.

FILE MANAGEMENT

• Files will be stored temporarily and may be deleted 30–60 days after the competition..

REFUND POLICY

• All sales are final.
