PROJECT TIMELINE & DEADLINES
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your first draft once all materials have been received.
• All materials must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your deadline.
• Orders are completed in the order they are received; turnaround begins once all required content has been submitted.
• Requests submitted within 10 days or with incomplete content may incur additional fees.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
• Clients must provide all competition-specific requirements (format, size, resolution, etc.).
• Final video submission is the responsibility of the client.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their video meets all requirements and is successfully received prior to their event.
• Timely communication is required to maintain your project timeline as delays may impact delivery timing.
CONTENT USAGE & RIGHTS
• All submitted content is assumed to be approved for use.
• By submitting materials, you confirm you have permission to use all photos, video, and audio provided.
• GBC is not responsible for any copyright or licensing issues related to submitted materials.
AUDIO, EDITING & QUALITY
• If a specific song is to be used, the downloadable audio file must be provided by the client. A link is not acceptable.
• Audio should be clear, high-quality, and ready for use.
• Basic editing is included (lighting, color correction, audio leveling, and flow).
• Light enhancements may be applied to ensure a cohesive final product.
• Additional edits or major changes beyond the original scope may require additional fees.
CREATIVE PROCESS
• GBC may utilize AI-enhanced tools to improve video quality and effects.
• Final creative decisions are made at GBC’s professional discretion.
FILE MANAGEMENT
• Files will be stored temporarily by GBC and may be deleted 30-60 days after the competition.
REFUND POLICY
• All sales are final.
• Once a project has begun and a first draft has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
USAGE
• Competition videos will not include GBC branding or logo.
• When sharing your video, please credit @gbcpageantservices on Instagram and Facebook.
• GBC may share completed work for portfolio and promotional use.
